What is SMM Stride?

Is SMM Stride safe to use?

Yes. We use safe and compliant methods to deliver our services. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the terms and conditions of the relevant social media platforms.

Do I need to provide my password?

No. We will never ask for your social media account password. We only require your public username or profile URL to process orders.

What platforms do you support?

We support all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, and many more. Browse our services page to see the full list.


Orders

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the service. Most orders start within a few minutes to a few hours. Each service listing shows the expected start time and delivery speed. You can check your order status at any time in your orders dashboard.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet started. Once a service is in progress, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

What happens if my order does not complete?

If an order fails or does not complete fully, it will either be automatically refilled or a refund will be added to your account balance. Please contact our support team if you experience any issues.

What does "drip-feed" mean?

Drip-feed allows you to receive your order gradually over a set period of time rather than all at once. This creates a more natural growth pattern. Not all services support drip-feed — check the service description for details.

Can I place an order for a private account?

No. Your account must be set to public before placing an order. Orders placed on private accounts will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

Why is my order still pending?

Some services have a queue and may take time to start. If your order has been pending for more than 24 hours, please open a support ticket and we will investigate.


Payments & Balance

How do I add funds to my account?

Go to the Add Funds page and choose your preferred payment method. We support multiple payment options including credit/debit cards and other online payment methods.

Is there a minimum deposit?

Yes, there is a minimum deposit amount which is displayed on the Add Funds page. This may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We do not store any sensitive financial information on our servers.

Can I get a refund on my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable. Once funds have been added to your account balance, they cannot be reversed. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.

My payment was deducted but my balance was not updated. What should I do?

Please wait a few minutes as payments can sometimes take time to process. If your balance has not been updated after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your payment receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

How do I create an account?

Click on Sign Up, fill in your details, and your account will be created instantly. No approval is required.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link by email.

Can I change my email address or username?

You can update your account details from your profile settings page after logging in.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.


Resellers

Can I resell your services?

Yes! SMM Stride is fully reseller-friendly. You can use our API to integrate our services into your own panel. Visit the API page for documentation and your API key.

Do you offer child panels?

Are there discounts for high-volume orders?
