Payments on SMM Stride are processed using a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. Payments are processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card or debit card institution. Furthermore, you confirm that you have authorisation to use the payment method used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge that chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals should not be carried out prior to discussing the situation with our support team.

Revisions and Errata

Refund Policy

There are no refunds after a deposit has been made. There is no way to reverse it.

• You must use your balance to execute orders on SMM Stride.
• You agree that once a payment is completed, you will not open a dispute or chargeback against SMM Stride.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel all your future orders, ban you from SMM Stride, and remove all social media services delivered to you.
• We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards or unauthorised activity on our website. Such accounts will be suspended.
• SMM Stride is designed for social media resellers worldwide.
• There are no refunds for completed orders.
• Beware of impersonators asking for payments outside the panel. Only use the SMM Stride dashboard to make payments. SMM Stride is not responsible for actions taken by impersonators.
• If you place a duplicate order while one is already in progress, there will be no refund as they may overlap.
• Any order for which our support team cannot verify the counts (e.g. story views, live views) will require a screenshot for refund or refill requests.

Platform Disclaimer

SMM Stride is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any third-party partners in any way.

• It is your sole responsibility to comply with platform rules and any legislation that applies to you. You use SMM Stride at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your social media account is banned for any reason.
• We require your social media username to obtain the required information for order processing. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
• The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed in any way.
• We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of our services.
• It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure their accounts are set to "public" during their use of the SMM Stride service. Any downtime related to a client changing their profile to "private" will not result in any payment reimbursement.
• You agree that upon purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via any payment processor.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
• It is your sole responsibility to check whether these Terms have changed.

Privacy Policy

We keep your privacy safe and do not publish or sell your information to any other companies. We only collect details such as email address and usernames in order to complete orders.
